We do understand that circumstances do arise where you may need to reschedule an appointment. With this in mind we will send you 2 courtesy email reminders and one courtesy text reminder prior to your appointment.

Please ensure that you keep us up to date with your email address and mobile phone number.

We kindly request 24hrs notice is given to each cancellation.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or a failure to attend will result in an automatic charge for the unused allotted clinical time.Repeated short notice cancellations or failure to attend appointments may result in de-registration.

If the recommended treatment is not covered by the NHS we have affordable ways for you to pay, such as 0% finance plans that can help spread the cost of your treatment.

What if I require more than one visit?

If you require more than one visit, depending on your prescribed treatment, we will recommend the quickest possible timecale between visits that is most suitable for you.

Can i get an emergency appointment?

If you feel that you need to visit us in an emergency we have an out of hours emergency service which you can reach by calling 01294  277850

What are the early signs of dental trouble?

Early signs of dental trouble can include (but not limited to) bleeding gums, bad breath or loosening teeth. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible if you notice any of these signs.

How long will i wait for an appointment?

We try to assign appointment times for all patients as soon as possible. This depends on the nature of your appointment and appointment availibility.
